XP users can now simply go to their "Help and Support" area in the Start menu and click the Remote Assistance link under the Ask for Assistance heading. Follow the onscreen instructions, placing the email address support@lipariwebdesign.com in the "type an e-mail address" box and clicking "Invite this person". You then specify the amount of time you wish the invitation to remain valid, and type a password if desired, then click Send invitation.

As soon as we get your invitation, we will contact you to set up a time so you can allow us to take control of your computer in order to diagnose and fix problems. Remote assistance will be charged at a rate of $30 per hour. There is no charge if it is determined at the time of connection that the PC cannot be repaired remotely.

*There is a minimum one hour charge if repairs are made. Client may request termination of remote assistance at any time.
