Lipari PC Repair

Lipari Web Design is pleased to announce the addition of PC repair to our available services. We will pick up your PC *, perform on site repairs, or provide telephone repair advice as requested by you.

We offer this service primarily as an adjunct to our site design services but will try to accommodate any request for repairs in a timely fashion.  Our rates are a very competitive $35.00 per hour for labor. Most jobs will take from 1-3 hours to complete.  A complete wipe and reload of an operating system and any additional software owned by the client as requested is a flat rate of $120.00 (See below for a complete list of fees). We will also strive to provide you with the best quality parts at very reasonable prices.

If your PC is not repaired to your satisfaction you may request a full refund (labor only) within 10 days. Our service has a 30 day warranty (details of this warranty are disclosed at the time of service). Applicable manufacturer warranties apply for hardware.

Lipari PC Repair Fees The following list contains basic flat rate fees for common PC repair or upgrades. This list is for service charges only, components and other materials will be billed based on the prevailing market price for those items:

  • $35/hour flat rate service charge or $40/hour on site (there is a two hour minimum on site charge).
  • $120 data recovery or complete clean and reload if data is unrecoverable. This includes all operating system and other software updates.
  • $25 complete hard drive transfer (to a new computer or additional internal hard drive, same OS).
  • $70 PC cleanup including virus and ad-ware/spy-ware removal, registry cleanup, windows updates, temp file cleanup and defrag.
  • $15 Department of Defense compliant secure erase of hard drive.
  • Windows Operating System instruction Windows XP and Vista, $40/hour on site.
  • Remote assistance for XP and Vista users with high speed internet connection-$30 per hour. Click here for details

Hourly rate is calculated based on actual tech time spent repairing or upgrading your PC. Time required for unmonitored automated processes is not charged if the PC is repaired in shop. On site hourly charge applies regardless of whether manual or automated repairs take place.

Hourly rate is rounded to the nearest hour with a one hour minimum charge in shop and two hour minimum on site.
