Web site design and construction is very time consuming. Obviously, the more pages needed, the more time is required for design. Also, the more complex the site is, such as by adding streaming audio or video, the more costly it will be.
Please bear in mind that web sites designed by Lipari Web Design are custom sites. We DO NOT use templates. This allows clients to have virtually unlimited versatility in what they wish to offer their audience in their site. Many web site hosting companies also charge a monthly fee, but YOU have to do the updates. Our monthly fee includes cost of hosting plus updates and modifications to your site (up to one hour per month).
The following fee schedule is based upon the design of a basic, informational website and includes design, domain name registration, posting to a server, updates to the site as needed, web stats, and associated email accounts. It is an estimate , not a rigid schedule. Your site may be more or less expensive depending upon the labor involved, custom software needed, etc.
More complex sites, and commercial sites including secure order form and real time credit card verification, will be more costly, and we would be happy to give you a custom quote.
1-3 page site: $159 one time setup charge (And $30 per month or $300 per year service plan if hosting with Lipari Web Design)
4-6 page site: $259 one time setup charge (And $30 per month or $300 per year service plan if hosting with Lipari Web Design)
7-10 page site: $329 one time setup charge (And $30 per month or $300 per year service plan if hosting with Lipari Web Design)

for adding pages to existing sites:
$30 per hour
Hosting only accounts:
$12 per month or $120 per year
New
pricing for quarterly and semi-annual hosting options
(Effective 7-1-2007):
$320 per year in two $160 payments
$340 per year in four $85 payments
Major renovations to existing sites may incur an extra setup charge at a rate of $30 per hour.
